How does the FOREX Market vary from other markets?
Most of us come across this question frequently or might have asked lot of times. First Forex is a liquid market unlike those trading of stock, bonds. Next, Forex is not controlled by anybody & trading runs all the time. It is the biggest liquid market in the World where all the members trade based on Currencies.

At a first look to Forex, the process may seem confusing or different from the regular trading done in the stock exchanges. Here, in Forex, the traders or investors will compete and also co-operate with each other. They can become the members of the NFA, i.e. National Futures Association.

IS there any Commission in FX?
For all those investors who are involved in trading like in the Stocks, have to use the services of a broker for doing the transactions. For utilizing those services, they need to pay the service fee or commission. When it comes to Forex market, there is no such service fee shelled out for the transactions but the agents will get their percentage or commission through the Buy & Sell that happens. Bid or Sell is commonly performed by every investor in the Forex Market.

What is meant by pip?
The smallest increment of trade is called pip in Forex. The prices in Forex market are quoted at 1/4th Decimal Point a change in that decimal point is taken as pip value. Except Yen, all other currencies are valued at pip.

What are you really selling or buying in the currency market?
The Answer is nothing, we are just trading the currencies & the profits and losses generated get reflected to your account. The main purpose of FX market is to provide a platform in order to exchange of currencies between different countries by small investors, large financial organizations, etc.All the trading depends on the currency pairs like EUR/USD or USD/EUR.
